  Please READ the "Welcome Packet" containing information about the Lifeteen Program, Semester Overview, Confirmation Expectations, and 2025-2026 Calander.

  Complete the full Online Registration Form (below). You will need to complete a registration form for each teen. You can pay online using a checking account or debit/credit card.
  (Note: the ability to pay will never be a factor in whether a teen can attend. Don't hesitate to contact Deacon Bill Shea if financial payments or scholarships would be helpful.)
  
  Step Three: NEW LIFE TEEN PARTICIPANTS ONLY
  Complete the attached Teen Release Form
  Print, sign, and upload the form to: [email protected].
  Forms are due by the Life Teen Kickoff party on Sept. 14th.
