ORDER of SECULAR FRANCISCANS
The Secular Franciscan Order is a community of Catholic men and women in the world who seek to pattern their lives after Christ in the spirit of Francis of Assisi. Dedicated to the Cross of Christ, the Eucharist and the Gospels, Secular Franciscans commit themselves to living a life of community, prayer, simplicity, humility, poverty, peace and justice. In striving to live a life of compassionate service to God and others, Secular Franciscans seek to go from gospel to life and life to gospel.
